The Nursing Staff in Castleross are committed to providing high quality evidenced based care, to this end we not only provide extensive in-house training programmes but facilitate and encourage our staff to pursue outside training which significantly adds to the variety of competencies of the staff, Certified training attended includes:

Tibin Stephen

Director of Nursing  

A degree-qualified General Nurse since 2011, Tibin brings over 14 years of nursing experience to his role as Director of Nursing at Castleross, including six years dedicated to long-term care. He joined Castleross in 2019 as a Staff Nurse and steadily progressed through the roles of Clinical Co-Ordinator and Care Manager, demonstrating strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to person-centered care.

Aisling Connolly

Care Manager

A Degree qualified Psychiatric Nurse since 2011 , she  Joined  Castleross 13 years ago as a staff nurse and later  progressed initially  to the role of Clinical Coordinator and then Care Manager in early 2021, During her time in Castleross she has participated in the IPC link practitioner program, Designated Safeguarding Officer training and completed her Level 6 in Managing People.

Gary Morgan

Senior Household Coordinator

Qualifying with a Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support in 2013 he commenced in Castleross as a Healthcare Assistant shortly after. He progressed  a Household Coordinator position before moving into his current Senior Household Coordinator role in May 2022. Gary has 11 years of experience in Long Term Care and in promoting Person Centred Care

Anisha Satheesan

Clinical Co Ordinator

Anisha Satheesan is a dedicated and experienced nurse who qualified in 2011. Her career spans over a decade across diverse healthcare settings in India and Saudi Arabia, where she built a strong foundation in clinical care, patient safety, and nursing leadership.
In 2023, Anisha joined Castleross as a Staff Nurse, bringing with her a wealth of international experience and a calm, compassionate approach to resident care.

Joseena Biju

Clinical Coordinator

Qualified as a nurse in 2002 she has gained a wealth of experience in India and Saudi Arabia before commencing as a staff nurse in Castleross in 2019. In 2023 she progressed into the role of Clinical Coordinator role

Aleksandra Kornaga

Household Coordinator

Qualifying with a Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support in 2018 she commenced in Castleross the same year as a Healthcare Assistant before being promoted to Household Coordinator  position in  2022.

Limi Elizabeth Lalu

Acting Clinical
Co-ordinator

Limi Elizabeth Lalu is a committed and compassionate nursing professional who qualified as a nurse in 2021. She gained valuable experience in a variety of healthcare settings in India, where she developed strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
In 2023, Limi joined Castleross as a Staff Nurse. Her dedication, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams quickly stood out. Recognised for her leadership potential and clinical acumen, she was appointed as Acting Clinical Co-Ordinator in 2024.

Cynthia Mguni

Household Coordinator

Commencing in Castleross in 2023, she brings with her 19 years of experience working as a Health Care Assistant both in the Disabilities service and in Nursing Homes.

Manjusha Kumaran

Clinical Coordinator

Commenced with Castleross in 2023 before being promoted to her current role as Clinical Coordinator . She brings with her over 6 years of nursing experience as well as a BSc in nursing.
